All orders are processed within 15-25 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-10 days – R130
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 days – R150
  • POSTNET Counter to counter: R130

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees that may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner’s website.
