Embracing the beauty of change
Covid came and went, and it was a positive disruption for me. I stopped dying my gray hair, embraced sneaker culture, ditched high heels and stopped wearing makeup. I started nourishing my hair, chopped off what needed to be and embraced my fizzy, wiry hair.
It didn't end there. My hair started thinning, and I experienced volume loss, which I attribute to hormonal changes. As someone who strives for overall health, I didn't want to dye my hair with chemicals. However, I needed help with volume and length. The rest is history. I'm here to share my journey so you don't have to do the work!
