Refund Policy for Silver Strands and Skin

At Silver Strands and Skin, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

  2. Condition of Items: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)
  • Opened or used products

Refund Process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as above. We will gladly help you find the right item!

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
