At Silver Strands and Skin, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

- Condition of Items: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

- Opened or used products
Refund Process:

Refund Method:
